AMMAN, Jordan — Jordan and Japan have agreed on the terms of a nuclear cooperation deal, potentially boosting the hand of a French-Japanese consortium slated to bid to build the Arab nation's first nuclear plant. Kamal Araj, the deputy chief of the Jordan Atomic Energy Commission, said Tuesday the deal helps outline the terms under which Jordan can import a reactor for the planned plant.
